A.P. Williams was hired to complete the renovations of the existing eight-story building at 112 Market Street in downtown Harrisburg in order to transform it into The Exchange, a Garden Spot Community.
After renovations were complete, Garden Spot was able to offer 39 new contemporary independent living apartments for rent along with ample onsite amenities for the new residents, including a gym area, common areas to gather and host family and friends, and a pet washing station.
